The hotel offers beautiful and lovely rooms with a king size bed and mini fridge, as example. The venue is on an unbeatable and awesome location very close to the main areas and the outskirts of the Plaza de Armas on a quiet side street and the center of Cusco. The staff are absolutely exceptional and amazing, overall.

The room was brand-new and offered a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. Throughout the day staff were incredibly attentive.

During my New Year's stay, I really enjoyed the helpful staff and the complimentary drinks in the lobby. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to Plaza de Armas and a nearby local market. One more advantage that I appreciated was the option to leave my luggage at the hotel for multiple days, which was very convenient for my plans.

One aspect I didn't like was the noise from the fountain in the courtyard, especially for the ground floor rooms. Additionally, the light outside the door in my room was quite bright at night, making it a bit difficult to sleep.

This was a truly memorable stay for three more nights later in our stay. We had a fantastic double room with a stunning view on Cuzco's hills. We really enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was stunning, close to the center of town. We had lunch in Polleria Grimaldos, located nearby...

We loved this place! The location is perfect, situated on a calm street on the outskirts of the main square. There is even a local supermarket just down the street, which was very convenient. The staff here are amazing, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. They even allowed us to check in early after our long journey. The rooms were clean and cozy with all the amenities we needed. We felt safe and secure during our entire stay.

Booked a twin room, that included a free coffee and closet space. The breakfast food was good and included coffee and cakes. Its location was central, steps away from a minor basilica.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide range of tasty options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, close to Sanfrancis square and the local market, making it convenient to explore the city.
